Europe’s second-largest Bitcoin treasury, Capital B, reported a net loss of €69.5 million ($78 million) for H1 2026, primarily due to a Bitcoin impairment charge of $75.8 million. Despite this, the company raised $30 million and increased its Bitcoin holdings by 11% in the first half, from 2,823 BTC to 3,139 BTC by June 30.
The company’s consolidated revenue rose 3.5% YoY to $6.5 million, but adjusted EBITDA was negative $1.2 million. Capital B’s stock price rose 0.5% on Friday but is down 25% YTD.
In July, Capital B approved a 10-for-1 reverse stock split and shareholder approval for up to $120 billion in financing capacity.
