Strategy conditionally declared daily dividends on its STRC preferred stock, which has been trading below its $100 par value. Michael Saylor's company, the largest corporate Bitcoin holder, will pay dividends for each day in November, pending shareholder approval and related amendments.

The dividends, payable in cash, will begin on November 2 and be distributed on the business day after the record date, as per an SEC filing. STRC's annualized dividend rate remains at 12% for November, with management intending to maintain this rate until the stock shows "sustained, healthy trading near $100 per share." Daily dividends could make STRC more attractive to investors and help it reach its $100 par value, a key fundraising vehicle for Bitcoin purchases.

STRC was slightly down at $99.32 on Friday afternoon, according to Yahoo Finance. Over the past week, Strategy added 250 Bitcoin for $21.5 million, bringing its total Bitcoin holdings to 848,250. The company also repurchased $176 million worth of STRC stock, prioritizing buybacks over Bitcoin purchases. In June, Strategy unveiled a capital framework allowing Bitcoin sales to fund dividends, increasing the STRC annual dividend rate to 12%.
