Tx launches USTX stablecoin to pull RWA liquidity onto its chain

Published: Oct 20, 2026
Real-world asset (RWA) platform tx has introduced USTX, a dollar stablecoin for its wallet and planned marketplace for tokenized stocks. Users mint USTX using USDC from eight networks, including Ethereum, Solana, and Base.
According to Ashley Ebersole, tx’s co-founder and chief legal officer, USTX is not a USDC-backed synthetic representation but has its own 1:1 reserve structure managed by Brale, a fintech platform. Each USTX token is backed by $1 in assets, such as cash, bank deposits, government money market funds, and short-term US Treasury bills.
Brale, which issues and manages USTX reserves, is collaborating with Visa to enhance blockchain-based stablecoin settlement speed and programmability in environments requiring privacy, compliance, and operational control.
Stablecoin Trends
Blockchain networks and trading platforms are launching their dollar stablecoins through external providers handling issuance and reserve management. Native stablecoins enable asset purchases, trade settlements, and collateral posting across a network. Some providers also share reserve earnings with clients, and eligible USTX users may receive rewards through tx’s wallet programs.
However, the GENIUS Act prohibits stablecoin issuers from offering interest or yield on holdings, ensuring compliance with legal restrictions.
