Kalshi and S&P Dow Jones Collaboration:

S&P Dow Jones Indices and Kalshi have entered into an agreement to enhance financial market predictions. Kalshi will be the preferred platform for contracts linked to S&P DJI indices, with settlement based on official index values.

S&P DJI plans to develop new indexes using Kalshi's prediction market data, potentially covering economic, political, and sporting events. This partnership follows similar moves by other Wall Street firms, such as Intercontinental Exchange's investment in Polymarket and Nasdaq's interest in prediction market-style contracts.

S&P Global Acquires OpenZeppelin:

S&P Global (parent company of S&P Dow Jones Indices) has completed the acquisition of OpenZeppelin, a blockchain security firm. OpenZeppelin provides smart contract security audits and development tools, securing over $38 trillion in value transferred.
