Latest News | Oct 23, 2026
As of Friday, 22 companies had filed objections to the proposed tokenized stock platform of OKX and ICE under the SEC's innovation exemption. Six more, including Wells Fargo, Arm Holdings, and Intuit, joined Microsoft and Alphabet in voicing their concerns in the past week.
Nasdaq had released guidance in September, warning of potential risks associated with tokenized stock trading.
OKXICE Co-Chair Andrew Cuomo expected more objections, stating the venture initially proposed 62 companies listing tokenized stocks.
